What ThreadProof is

ThreadProof is software that organizes and searches text messages you export from your own phone. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not tell you what messages mean, whether anyone was truthful, or how any dispute will turn out.

Early access

ThreadProof is in early access. Uploading and numbering are available now. Search, plain-English questions, timeline and PDF export are rolling out and are included in your purchase as they ship.

Your own messages only

You may only upload conversations exported from your own device and account. You may not use ThreadProof to access, copy or monitor anyone else’s phone, accounts or messages. We may close accounts that break this rule.

Acceptable use

Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to use, try to break or overload the service, or use it to harass or threaten anyone.

AI accuracy

Answers that use AI can be incomplete or wrong. Every answer links to the original numbered messages so you can check them yourself. Always rely on the original messages, not a summary.

Refunds

Full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Reply to your receipt or contact support. A refund ends access to what you bought.

Your content

You own what you upload. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. See the privacy policy.

Limits

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
